Service Area
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within South-Africa. We take pride in ensuring our high-quality pieces reach you safely and efficiently.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Standard Shipping: Once processed, estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location in South Africa.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not in love with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Our process is designed to be truly hassle-free:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@thecapelabel.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will assist you with love.
- Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the desired size or style as quickly as possible, we follow a "Return & Re-order" model:
- Return your original item for a full refund.
- Place a new order for the replacement item at your convenience.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@thecapelabel.com. We will evaluate the issue and prioritize a replacement or correction at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For transparency, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items in "Final Sale" (items with 50% or more discount considered as final sale).
- Gift cards.
- Personal care items or intimate apparel (if applicable for hygiene reasons).
